Yes, absolutely. We ship to most countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take for my order?
We process your order within 1-3 business days after receipt. For personalized products, the processing time is 5-8 business days.
The stated delivery times are based on average shipping times and are given in business days; weekends and holidays are excluded.

When is delivery usually made?
Delivery is typically made during the business hours of the local postal service – Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Can I change my delivery address?
We process orders very quickly, so changes may no longer be possible after placing an order. If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@gut-alpen.de, ideally before the order has been confirmed.

Will I be informed about the status of my shipment?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to your order summary.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with your order number and a tracking link, where you can view the current status.
