Terms of service

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop and are directed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons who act in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Please note that failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions constitutes a breach of contract, which may result in the rejection of returns or replacement deliveries. We kindly ask you to resolve any issues directly with us before contacting payment service providers such as PayPal or Klarna.

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
By listing products in our online shop, we are making a binding offer to enter into a contract. You may place products in the shopping cart without obligation and change your entries at any time before completing the order. The contract is concluded when you click the order button. After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that our legal notice address does not serve as a return address. Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not serve as a substitute for the statutory right of withdrawal. For general returns due to dissatisfaction, a 14-day return policy applies. Outstanding payments are to be settled immediately and within a maximum of 7 days. IMPORTANT:
The size label on the delivered goods may differ from your order, as we use international size specifications. This discrepancy affects only the labeling, not the measurements. The specified measurements are always correct and consistent, regardless of the size label.
Example: You order 3XL but receive 2XL – this is the same size with identical measurements, just with a different international designation. Rest assured: You will always receive exactly the measurements and size you ordered.

Default of Acceptance, Non-acceptance, and Failure to Collect:

(1) If the customer does not accept the goods despite proper delivery or refuses acceptance, or if a shipment is not collected within the respective collection period after delivery to a parcel shop or delivery service, the customer shall be in default of acceptance in accordance with §§ 293 et seq. BGB (German Civil Code). (2) In the event of default of acceptance, the seller is entitled to demand compensation for the actual additional expenses and damages incurred as a result, in accordance with §§ 280, 281, 304 BGB. (3) These include in particular: shipping costs for the outward and return shipment of the goods in the amount of 9,99 €, insofar as they have actually been incurred or are calculated as a reasonable flat rate in this amount and no lesser damage is proven; processing and reversal costs, in particular for inspection, system processing, restocking, and administrative handling in the amount of 5,00 €, insofar as they have actually been incurred or are a reasonable flat rate and no lesser damage is proven; actually incurred customs, import, or import processing costs in the context of international shipping; and necessary storage costs, insofar as a return or re-utilization of the goods is required. (4) The seller is further entitled to claim the proven purchase price of the goods (value of goods) as damages insofar as the goods are permanently lost, become economically unusable, or can no longer be utilized as a result of non-acceptance, non-collection, or other breach of duty by the customer, particularly in the event of disposal, destruction, or loss during the return process. (5) The customer is expressly permitted to provide evidence that no damage or significantly lower damage has occurred. (6) Any fees actually incurred by payment service providers (in particular chargeback, transaction, or processing fees by PayPal, Klarna, or comparable providers) shall be borne by the customer, insofar as these are actually incurred by the seller in connection with a justified reversal due to default of acceptance and are not contractually excluded.

3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text
The contract language is German. We store the contract text and send you the order details as well as our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Terms

We offer free shipping to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Shipping is carried out exclusively by mail; self-collection is not possible. Deliveries to packing stations are excluded. Should an order nevertheless be addressed to a packing station, or if an incorrect delivery address leads to non-deliverability or a return, we will charge a shipping fee for re-delivery, the amount of which depends on the package weight. Important: A refusal of acceptance does not count as a return and does not entitle you to a refund. Packages that are intentionally not accepted will be destroyed; the full purchase amount remains due.

5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Payment in advance: Nach Auswahl dieser Zahlungsart erhalten Sie unsere Bankverbindung per E-Mail. Die Ware wird nach Zahlungseingang versendet.

  • Credit card: You provide your credit card details, and the payment is processed automatically following authentication.

  • PayPal: You will be redirected to PayPal to confirm your payment. In the event of a dispute, a processing fee may apply. If a dispute is opened by the customer via PayPal, an additional processing fee will be incurred regardless of the outcome. These costs will be billed to the customer, as they are transferred from us to them. Should PayPal issue a refund despite proper delivery or the customer's refusal to return the goods, the full amount must also be repaid.

  • Klarna: We assume no liability for late fees or delayed payments by the customer to the respective payment provider. Please note that in the event of a dispute opened by the customer with Klarna, an additional processing fee will apply regardless of the outcome. These costs will be billed to the customer, as they are passed on by us. Should Klarna issue a refund despite the delivery having been properly executed or the customer refusing the return, the full amount must also be reimbursed.

  • Apple Pay: Payments are possible via the Safari browser. You must authenticate yourself and confirm the payment.

  • Giropay: Nach Bestellung werden Sie auf die Webseite Ihrer Bank weitergeleitet, um die Zahlung zu bestätigen.

  • Paydirekt: You will be redirected to the paydirekt website to confirm the payment.

  • Amazon Pay: You can select your shipping address and payment method stored with Amazon before completing the checkout process.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Guarantees
Statutory liability for defects shall apply. For used goods, claims for defects are excluded after one year from delivery. Further restrictions do not apply to claims based on damage to life, limb, or health, or in the event of a willful breach of duty. The statutory warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, or inadequate care. This includes, in particular, external influences such as contact with water, perspiration, sunlight, or chemical substances (e. g., perfume, creams, or cleaning agents). Our legal notice refers to an online service that is used on a country-specific basis. Please note that improper handling may cause the color of an alloy to change. This does not constitute a defect within the meaning of the warranty and does not justify a liability claim against the seller. Digital products, particularly e-books, are excluded from exchange and refund. Upon completion of the purchase and provision of the download, the customer expressly agrees that the execution of the contract shall commence and that the right of withdrawal for digital content shall expire. If a free e-book is provided to the customer as part of an order (e.g., as a gift, bonus, or addition for orders above a certain value) and a return of the main order, a refund via the payment provider, or a payment refusal subsequently occurs, the regular retail price (RRP) of the e-book will be invoiced in full. This applies as soon as the digital product has been provided or downloaded. The offsetting or subsequent charge is binding and independent of the outcome of the refund for the main order. A warranty only applies if a verifiable defect already existed at the time the goods were received. Furthermore, we point out that color and lighting conditions in images may deviate from the actual appearance – such deviations do not constitute grounds for complaint. The contract is concluded with gnbos limited, flat 2304, 23/f ho king comm centre, 2–16 fa yuen street, mong kok. Returns are accordingly to be sent to this address. Our goods are shipped to the customer from Asia, see address. We are not a German company and do not have a location in Germany; this can be verified via the respective tracking number. Returns must be sent to the respective warehouse from which the goods were originally shipped. In the event of an approved return, the buyer undertakes to pack the parcel securely and send it to our warehouse. Return shipping costs will not be covered by us. By making a purchase, you accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as well as the right of withdrawal.

8. Liability
We shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents in the event of injury to life, limb, or health, as well as in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In the event of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages. Returns are possible within 30 days; the buyer shall bear the cost of postage.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: OS-Platform-. We are prepared to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The competent body is the Allgemeine Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle des Zentrums für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.consumer-simple.de.
